+Value is a company incorporated by Tania Quispe, which maintains a strategic alliance with Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados in order to offer them specialized and integrated services in legal and economic matters.

Martín Ramos leads the Tax Compliance area and is specialized in tax and custom audit processes, operations support, evaluation of tax risk operations and general tax advice.

RAMZI BENZAQUEN

Ramzi is part of the Transfer Pricing team. He has extensive experience in the development of Transfer Pricing, Financial-Tax Analysis and Company Valuation projects. He is an Economist from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) with postgraduate studies in corporate taxation at ESAN, and also has specialization in international tax law and transfer pricing at the Universidad Austral. He has more than twelve years of experience in the development of projects related to documentation, consulting and audit procedures on Transfer Pricing for corporate groups in various economic sectors. He has been involved with many business and intangibles valuation projects. He has previously worked as a transfer pricing manager at PwC, and as a senior consultant at Grant Thornton and TP Consulting. As such, he has been responsible for both local and international transfer pricing projects.

Tania Quispe

Superintendent of The Tax Administration (SUNAT) during 2011-2015. During her management, the Transfer Pricing Area was created, training the team through an agreement signed by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development - OECD. She has participated as an observer in the Transfer Pricing Working Group organized by the OECD and as a speaker, in international events organized by the same entity.

Member of the Board of Directors of the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations - CIAT (2012-2015) and chaired the entity in 2015.

Executive Director for Chile and Peru in the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), based in Washington, D.C. (2015 - 2016).
