Martín Ramos leads the Tax Compliance area and is specialized in tax and custom audit processes, operations support, evaluation of tax risk operations and general tax advice.

Superintendent of the Tax Administration (SUNAT) during 2015-2016. He has more than twenty years of experience in the Tax Administration - SUNAT. He has held different positions in the customs and tax area of SUNAT. He has held positions as Head of Audit, Director of the Maritime Customs of Callao, Manager, Mayor and Deputy Superintendent until 2015.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations - CIAT (2015-2016), and chaired the entity in 2016.

Resident Expert in Tax Administration at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) CAPTAC-DR, for Central America. (2017 - 2020).

He has participated as speaker in tax Audit issues, tax administration and public management; he has trained SUNAT officials in tax and customs issues, and officials of the Central American Tax Administrations.
